Video Editing is a very tedious job

One day I have a study at college that about Creating movie Production House. I am very enthusiastic and eager to learn it. In this lesson explain how to make PH to production and distribution. In an event there will be where when the job description has been divided, all will do their respective tasks. 

In this division of tasks students are required to do the task seriously. But there is one task that seems easy but very tedious, namely the video editor. But this important role as a video editor is very vital and will not be distributed if the editing is not finished. So one of the keys to immediate distribution is to condition video editors so they don't get bored and finally give up.

I can say this because I have done this before, and indeed at that time I almost gave up. but there is one thing that keeps me going on this task.
